1. Service Agreement & Contractor Authorization

By accessing this website, utilizing our WebMCP scheduling widgets, or requesting design consultations from Clear Pool Builders ("Company", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All swimming pool design, structural engineering, gunite construction, and remodeling services are performed by licensed professionals certified under the California State License Board (CSLB Class C-53 Swimming Pool Contractor).

2. Estimates, Design Retainers & Pricing Transparency

Online pricing ranges, interactive calculators, and automated quote tools provided on this portal serve as architectural estimates based on regional engineering norms. Final binding project contracts are provided in writing following on-site geotechnical and elevation inspection by our master pool builders. Retainers paid for 3D CAD design packages are 100% credited toward construction upon contract signing.

3. Municipal Permitting & Code Compliance

All residential swimming pool construction and equipment modernizations executed by Clear Pool Builders are permitted in accordance with municipal building codes (including California Title 24 Part 6 Energy Standards, Los Angeles Baseline Hillside Ordinances, and LADBS structural requirements). The Company coordinates all civil engineering plan sets, soils reports, and city building inspections.

4. Equipment Warranty & Workmanship Guarantees

All newly installed pool equipment is covered by manufacturer limited warranties (typically 3 years on Pentair variable-speed pumps and automation). Workmanship and structural shells provided by our crew include our Trade Guarantees, including a lifetime structural gunite shell warranty and 3-year plumbing warranty.

5. Autonomous Agent & WebMCP Tool Interaction

Our digital infrastructure supports Agentic Resource Discovery (ARD) and Chrome WebMCP tool execution. Automated agents accessing our booking, pricing, or catalog endpoints agree to provide accurate customer contact data and refrain from denial-of-service request patterns.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clear Pool Builders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pre-existing subgrade geological conditions, unregistered utility easements, or unauthorized modifications made by third parties.

7. Governing Law & State Jurisdiction

These terms and all construction agreements are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the County of Los Angeles jurisdiction where services are delivered.
